We will accept an exchange for items which are unworn, unaltered, and free from any damages by the customer. You may exchange the item for another piece of clothing/ accessory from Loki Exclusive Ltd- alternatively a gift note with the price of the items returned. Items cannot be exchanged after 14 days from the date of delivery. Any difference in cost exceeding the price of the original item will need to be paid, or if the exchange item is less than the original price paid, Loki Exclusive Limited will put the remaining balance on a gift note. Items must be returned with the tags attached. Returns for a full refund will not be accepted unless faulty.
Sale items are non-refundable or returnable unless damaged upon receipt.
